Days of sun have ripened the blackberries, they darken in profusion along the hedgerows and I fill my can with their soft sweetness. It is a warm day, I step homewards along small country roads that rise and fall with the folding landscape near the trembling wave waving ocean. The journey brings me to Ownahincha along the soft sandy beach, sensing the body, singing an old song.
To sense the body solely for the sake of sensing the body can become just another form of vulgarity. A person can become so fixated on the body that it becomes such that there is no-body there. The exploration is for the sensing of the Presencewithin the body. The body will joyfully respond to, and serve the real inner living authority
